You should eat foods high in lutein, beta-carotene, and antioxidants, such as spinach, carrots, broccoli, squash, kale, and sweet potatoes. Another nutrient you need is vitamin C. Make sure to eat fruits such as oranges, papayas, strawberries, and kiwis to reduce your chances of developing vision issues. Wear The Right Glasses
If you have prescribed glasses, make sure to always wear them unless you are sleeping. Prescribed eyewear helps you to see better and reduces eye strain. Get Adequate Lighting

If your house is too dark, then your eyes have to strain a lot, causing them to become more tired. Make sure to have well-lit rooms if you read or watch TV.
